Manor and Castle Development Trust couldn't function without the dedication and enthusiasm of the people who work for us.
We have a team of 60 people ranging from administration support through to the board members, across 5 sites. As well as paid staff we do offer voluntary opportunities and some of these people have successfully gone on to paid employment within the Trust.
