Nichola Cadet formed eNgender Associates in 2007 after 10 years as an operational and senior manager in the voluntary and public sector.
In a very busy, demanding but exciting first 12 months of business, she has undertaken a wide range of research, training, consultancy and evaluation projects with organisations hoping to increase social inclusion, through their work in the Criminal Justice System, with drug and alcohol users or with the long-term unemployed.
Projects have included 2 evaluations of reducing worklessness projects; development of equality and diversity schemes, with training for partners; partnership development training; support for funding applications and developing strategies for service user and carer involvement in drug treatment systems.
