The aim of the Health Team and the organisations which it works closely with is to empower the communities within the Manor, Castle, Park Hill and Wybourn areas and to support them in improving their social, physical, environmental and emotional health.
These objectives will enable local people to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to make informed choices, access local resources and take action for themselves on their concerns and interests and so lead to local solutions to local problems.
Health Assessment
Over the next few months and subject to funding being found, the Health Team will be carrying out a Health Needs Assessment in the Manor & Castle Development areas
