Come along and chat with our professional Health & Fitness experts and find out what is on in your area with regards to improving health anf fitness. We offer advice and support to stop smoking and provided blood pressure checks along with health advice & information.
There are lots of Health improvement classes and projects in the Manor, Castle and Woodthorpe areas so come along and find out what is happening and how you can join in.
