Woodthorpe and Wybourn Children's Centres

Sure Start Children’s Centres are here for you and your community, to help parents and carers give their children the very best start in life.

Our team works from two Children's Centres and serve the communities of Woodthorpe, Wybourn, Manor and Arbourthorne.

Woodthorpe Children's Centre is a purpose built centre, based on Lewis Road next to Woodthorpe Community Primary School.

Wybourn Children’s Centre is a brand new purpose built centre based on Manor Oaks Road at Wybourn Community Primary School.

What is a Children’s Centre?

Children’s Centres support families with children under 5, including those expecting a baby. They offer access to childcare and early learning, health and family support, help with finding jobs and training, drop-in sessions and groups. We’re bringing services closer to you and putting them all in one area so that it’s easier for you and your family to get the services, advice, help and information you need all in one go.

Wybourn Children’s Centre provides a range of services for children and families.
