My name is Chanique Naughton
I am 15 years of age and I live in the Manor Oaks area.

I had used the playschme in the past but I wanted to see if I could get involved in some work experience in the summer holidays which I could use for the future. I approached Tracy Brown to find out how I could do this.
I got to know lots of children and also saw how much work actually goes into organising and running a playscheme.
We did lots of differt activities and visited many places over the six weeks holidays.
If I hadn't got involved in the plrayshemce I would probably just be at home doing nothing, but instead I looked forward to going each day.
I will definitely volunteer again as my school holidays were put to good use and I had an excellent experience.
