I had used the support of consultants in the past in the workplace and therefore knew that there was a market out there for services such as mine, especially in organisations where capacity was often an issue.
eNgender Associates was set up in 2007 to offer research, evaluation, training and cunsultancy projects with organisations and projects that work to make a difference to peoples' lives. I have worked with organisations tackling substance misues issues, mental health problems, long term unemployment, neighbourhood renewal or crime and anti-social behaviour.
